The snap-on cover that seals over your Sprinkler-Guard and keeps snow, ice, sand, and grit out of the head so it doesn't grind down and fail when the system isn't running.
The Sprinkler-Guard Cover is the piece customers kept asking for: a simple, tough cover that snaps over the Sprinkler-Guard and seals the head off from the weather when it's not running. It took over a year to get right. It was tested from below-zero freezing to intense heat, with exterior tabs added so the seal holds whether the material shrinks or expands. In cold climates it keeps snow, hail, and ice out. In sandy, dusty places it keeps sand and grit from getting into the head and grinding it down. Pairs with any Sprinkler-Guard unit.
Clear the grass 8 to 10 inches around your sprinkler head to make room for the guard.
Insert the Sprinkler-Guard tube alongside the head and press the disc flush with the ground. The guard should sit slightly above the sprinkler head.
Pack the soil and you're set. For a polished finished look, top it off with a little fish gravel around the sprinkler head.

I was replacing 3-4 sprinkler heads every summer. Put these in last spring and haven't replaced a single one since. Best money I've spent on my yard.
My wife asked why I was so excited about sprinkler guards. Then I told her how much we spent on repairs last year. She ordered a second pack.
Installed the whole yard in about 20 minutes. The grass was already growing over some of my heads and these stopped that completely. Simple and it works.
Cap your heads before the cold or the dust rolls in. No tools, no hassle.
Make sure your Sprinkler-Guard is installed around the head. The cover is designed to seat right on top of it.
Press the cover down over the Sprinkler-Guard until the exterior tabs seat and the seal holds.
Snow, ice, sand, and grit stay out of the head. Pop the cover off when you're ready to run the system again.
Keeps snow, hail, and ice out of your heads through the cold months.
Keeps abrasive sand and grit out so your heads don't grind down and fail. A big deal in dry, dusty regions.
No tools. It snaps right onto your Sprinkler-Guard and pops off just as easily.
Over a year of testing and mold work to get the seal right. Veteran-owned.
